“Power Shifts – Reflecting Europe´s Energy” is a project by the European Youth Parliament and the Schwarzkopf Foundation in cooperation with the RWE Foundation. The Schwarzkopf Foundation is the international umbrella organisation of the European Youth Parliament and is based in Berlin, Germany.
